Returns

No returns or exchanges on swimwear or handbags. Clothing/ shoes are eligible for returns within 7 days of receiving and the customer must cover the cost of return shipping. 

Item(s) must be;

• In the original packaging and unworn.
• No marks such as makeup, fake tan, pet hair.
• No odours such as smoke, washing liquid, perfume.
• In the same condition you received.

If we believe your items do not meet the above requirements, the refund will be refused.

Please include the order number and your name in the parcel, so we can identify who to process the refund to.

We recommend using a signed for/ tracked service and keeping the proof of postage as we are not responsible for the parcel whilst it is on the way back to us, and no refund will be processed until the item is received and deemed eligible for a refund.
